Awesome seller! Messaged me to say the item couldn’t be found and asked if I wanted to wait to see if it showed up as she searched or wanted a full refund. I opted to wait. She found it within the day maybe two and offered to ship express which wasn’t necessary but appreciated! The item was in even better condition than described and shown and packaged very securely. My son has not taken off his new red backpack since we received it - amazing value I’d say!
