The only complaint I have is the shipping. It was packaged in a thin shipping bag. When I got it from my mailbox, I was upset because I could tell that it had been smashed. There are 2 creases in the front of the hat, luckily there are hardly noticeable. I would not buy from this seller again because of the shipping. Everything else was positive.
