The item was exactly as described and expected, which was the main selling point for me. It was efficiently packaged—meaning it was well-secured without excessive material. The value couldn't be beat. It was a fraction of the live-price from the manufacturer. While the shipping was delayed a few days due to inclement weather, it was still much faster than it would be had I just ordered it from the manufacturer. Shipping was as fast as it could be I guess, delayed not the sellers fault, packaging maybe the reason the lettering on my hoodie was cracked and worn when posted as new. The seller worked with me and we came to a fair compromise. Very reasonable seller, who works with consumers to meet their needs. I would buy again any day. You can’t get sellers this mature and open anymore. Value was good as the seller corrected it. Once again thank you!!

Fantastic seller and item was better than as pictured. It was brand new in an unopened bag and had the very distinct smell of having been in a warehouse (which I love because you know it's brand new). Perfect condition! Typical Columbia quality of the highest degree and the price was excellent. Also, fast shipping. This seller got it out immediately! Would NOT hesitate to do business again with this person! A+++++!
