I cannot say enough good things about Bison Commerce's customer service. I had ordered 2 Mandalay Iron Glider chairs. Both arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one of the chairs had a manufacturing defect (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller (there was no contact info for the manufacturer) and described the problem. BC's customer service team went above and beyond to fix the situation in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from BC.

They came in faster than expected. Arrived with every part and was easy to put together. The outside of the box had a small tear but it was padded and wrapped well. This was the cheapest set I found and is just like my Others that i bought from a furniture store. Absolutely love it. You can’t tell the new ones from my other ones. In the photo, the chairs are the one closest to the camera. absolutely love how they look and would recommend buying from this seller. Great product.

Arrived as described. Very nice. It is a little heavy and requires assembly. I also arrives in two boxes. Mine came on different days. The first box 2 of 2 arrived and so I was worried about the box 1 of 2. I contacted the seller and they provided the tracking number for box 1 of 2 and it arrived 2 days later. Everything was good and the communication was prompt and helpful.
