The shipping was right on time it was that I picked it up late the packaging was good even though it was a doll they protested well and she was as described but I didn’t notice the neck part but I’ll take good care of her and the value was good I’ll enjoy her and she s in good hands so thankyou for everything you did great by me she was welled packaged though can’t complain about that part of the doll oh and I don’t have to do anything to her beautiful hair so thankyou againlove her hair color
