The seller was very responsive to my messages and shipped the item out quickly. There was a very long shipping delay, but that was due to USPS and not the seller. The seller did tell me they would refund my money if I did not receive the item. Thankfully I did eventually (almost 2 weeks after purchase) receive the item. The item was packaged well and arrived without damage. It was slightly smaller than expected but was otherwise as described.

Nacon Revolution 5 Pro controller arrived with all accessories in the listing. Controller arrived as pictured and a described in great, like new condition. All accessories were clean and functional. I spoke with the seller over the weekend and they reassured me that I'll get my item on time and explained to me that they don't ship on holidays or weekends which I completely understand because that's when a lot of items tend to get lost. At the moment I'm waiting on my bose qc35 to be delivered and can't wait to try them on and see if I'll like them better than my nc700 I had that got destroyed by my puppies lol.
