Item was sold as new. The outer box looked new but upon opening it the ink cartridges inside had been opened and taped shut. I don’t believe the seller knew this and honestly sold the item as new. The ink may have been ok but I didn’t want to take a chance. I requested a refund and as soon as the seller received my return a refund was given. Even though the transaction didn’t work out it was handled well and I would buy from this seller again.
