The staples were as described. One suggestion is to try shipping your product by either UPS or FedEx. I used the USPS tracking to track the progress of my staples and discovered that they sat in the St. Louis distribution center for 4 days before it was sent to the wrong post office where it sat for another day before being sent back to the distribution center where it sat for another day before being sent to my post office for delivery the next day making them a week later than promised.
